Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, all purchases of Credits and Tokens are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of RAPID TAGGER PTE. LTD. and are typically only considered in the following scenarios:

Technical Errors: Documented system failures that prevented the delivery of a service for which Credits/Tokens were deducted.
Billing Errors: Duplicate charges resulting from payment gateway processing issues.

3. Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted to admin@rapidtagger.com within 14 days of the transaction date. Please include your account email and transaction ID.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
